Every month we shall be picking a truly amazing project out of all the projects that have been submitted to XCore and promoting/showcasing it in a number of places. Projects that are worthy of this title are ones that show excellence in areas such as innovation, novel usage of XMOS technology, superb implementation.

Projects Of The Month entries will be voted for by the XCore community. In the unlikely event that no one votes, the site administrator will select a project for that month.

To be nominated for a project of the month the following rules must be met:

1) Must exist as an XCore Project (external links allowed for more detail via the project itself)
2) Must contain at least 1 video of it in action
3) Must contain a description that is more than 1 line so we can quote key parts in any other relevant articles.

What the winner gets:

1) Winner gets an XK1.
2) Project video and description/quotes promoted to news article featuring this project on XCore.com.
3) Forum global announcement on XCore saying who this months winner is along with details and link back to project.
4) Repost via our social connections: Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube announcing it is the official community project of the month.
5) I am sure other perks will be added as we grow, so watch this space.
