USB_VBUS pin on XU208-256-TQ64

I couldn't find valid voltage of USB_VBUS in XU208-256-TQ64 data sheet. Generally, USB VBUS is 5.0V. If USB_VBUS is provided 3.3V, does xCORE work fine?

I'm afraid not. This pin needs at least 4.4V to register valid VBUS. This is needed to trip a comparator inside the chip and enable some of the USB logic.
