Help translating older XMOS part numbers

Post by markaren1 »

Hello All,

I appear to have two older parts:

UD1104L1 - 48 TQFP
and
UD1210L1 - 64 TQFP

Can someone help me with *precise* new part numbers for these parts please. I have read PCN1302-001_Part_Number_Change, and the UD series appear to be older.

Many thanks,

Mark

The above part numbers correspond to XS1-L8A-64-TQ48 and XS1-L8A-64-LQ64 respectively according to the new part marking scheme.

I got some parts from the DigiKey, and not sure that they put everything OK in the parcel.

1) p/n XS1-L6A-TQ48-C5,
on chip: 4L6C4, UD1210L1

2) p/n XS1-L4A-64-TQ48-C4
on hip: 4L6C4, SK1208L1

3) p/n XS1-8A-64-TQ-C5
on chip: 8L6C5, SK1248L1

2 and 3 looks OK, but the 1st ?!
