u08 clock selection

Hi there, i was wondering about the necessary pin configuration to use a 24Mhz external crystal oscillator on a u08 device. In fact, the datasheet.

I know that OSC_EXT_N has to be grounded.

Then you have to select the PLL multiplier with the mode pins. If i have a 24 Mhz crystal, i would go mode1,0 connected to vddio,gnd. However in the schematic from the usb dj-kit XP-SKC-SU1-SCH, mode1 seems to be floating. I was wondering if it was a mistake. Thank you!
