Project Overview

The water meter minder will accurately monitor water usage by sensing the changing magnetic field on the existing electromagnetic water meter. It will help to conserve water by making the household more aware of their usage more immediately than a monthly bill. It can detect very small leaks by analyzing typical usage patterns. Large or catastrophic leaks trigger an automatic closure of the main cut-off valve.
