Driver timed out on play

Hello, I am having an issue with a board built around the XE216-512-TQ128. I am running the USB Audio Multichannel software from XMOS on it (Build configuration: 2i8o8xxxxx_tdm8) When I attach the USB connection the device is enumerated and recognized as USB Audio 2 device by macOS. I can. see the L...

Re: "internal error" - Unable to flash binary onto XMOS

Any news on this issue? I have the same problem and was hoping that xTIMEcomposer 14.3.3 will solve the issue but it did not. I am running macOS 10.13.6.
Downloading and running an application does work, only flashing the binary does not work. I am getting the same error message as above.

Transfer additional control data in USB Audio 2.0 Reference software

Hello, I have successfully made the USB Audio 2.0 Reference Software working on my hardware prototype. Everything fine so far. Now I need to transfer additional data (like channel routing, filter parameters etc.) from my host to the XMOS device. The user should be able to set these parameters by a G...

TDM8 timing of USB Audio reference software

Hello, I am working with USB Audio 2.0 Device Software on XE216-512-TQ128 (custom hardware). I've sucessfully configured it for TDM8 master operation but I am wondering about the timing specification of the TDM stream. Could not found anything in the docs but I need to configure my DACs right. Thus,...

Gigabit PHY (AR8035 replacement)?

Hello, I am currently starting my third hardware project with xmos. It will mostly distill building blocks from XK-AUDIO-216-MC reference design. It is a little bit hard to source the Gigabit PHY AR8035 here in small quantities (<2000pcs.) at least for some prototypes or I even did not find the righ...

How many xLinks are needed?

<t>Hi,

assuming I have a system of two XS1-L8A-64 (like the example in the xTimeComposer manual) is there a way to find out how many physical links between the chips are needed to run a given program e.g. the USB Audio MultiChannel Refernce design which is designed to work on...
