Re: Programming a D-XVF3000-1 in production
Hi Andrew, there are a couple of methods for programming the integrated flash: 1. use the xflash utility that ships with the XMOS tools, which can be run from the command line. With this, the integrated flash is programmed by the XMOS IC, it requires you to connect to a host machine over JTAG using ...

Re: Does Slicekit x200 have xConnect?
Hi Keno, the xCORE-200 sliceKit uses a different xlink (XL1) for xScope compared to the MC Audio board (XL0). Are you using the correct XN file with your sliceKit? If you're using tools 14.3 then the XN file ships with the tools (SLICEKIT-X200.xn), otherwise you'll need to install it manually - plea...

Re: Sudden issue programming or flashing
If you have spares, could you try this XTAG on a different board, and a fresh XTAG on the current board? Would be good to check if the problem follows the board or the debugger.
Thanks,
Matthew.

Re: XK-USB-MIC-UF216 mic0 doesn't work
Hi Caleb,
apologies for the delay in replying. I've checked the mic data for this board and it passed our production test, no sign of any noise. Was it like this as soon as you started using it?

Matthew.

Re: Error flashing: How do I xflash on xCORE Array Microphone XK-USB-MIC-UF216?
Hi Caleb, thanks for the reply. Your photo confirmed what I found over the weekend - a few of the latest batch of these boards have been mistakenly assembled with the wrong XMOS IC (without integrated flash). As you can imagine, this is quite embarrassing and I can only apologise. We're looking into...

Re: Error flashing: How do I xflash on xCORE Array Microphone XK-USB-MIC-UF216?
Hi Caleb, the error suggests that the flash isn't accessible for whatever reason. From what you've done it should be fine. Could you let me know the date code and serial number of the board you have and I'll look into the manufacturing history of the batch. If you xrun the apps do they work OK? Than...

Re: Barebones xCore dev board
Hi,
for general purpose developments, take a look at the xCORE-200 eXplorer kit:
https://www.xmos.com/support/boards?product=18230
or the xCORE-200 sliceKIT:
https://www.xmos.com/support/boards?product=35833
Both are available and hopefully will be of interest.
Regards,
Matthew.

Re: xrun: Binary not correctly downloaded to target device
There's a known issue with xrun/xflash on Windows with tools 14.3.2. Please can you try updating to 14.3.3 which includes a fix?

Re: What I want for XMAS: an xCORE-200 board "xCoreXMAS" with startKIT form factor
The xCORE-200 Multichannel Audio kit does indeed come with an XTAG debugger in the box. The board has a standard 20-pin xSYS header for debug access, see section 13 of the hardware manual. The kit contents are in the product brief for the kit: https://www.xmos.com/download/private/xCORE-200-Multicha...
