SSRC performance

Hello,
evaluating ssrc from lib_src 1.0.0 but can not somehow understand the table 1 in lib_src.pdf, maybe somebody has better understanding of it:)
there is: 192 kHz to 48kHz should take 36MHz for single channel.
Does this mean that is possible to process two channels 2 x 36 MHz? on high priority core (100 MHz)?
