SSL error message on xTC even when disabled

All,
I was going out of town and install xTC latest version 14.3.3 on a MacBook and when I go to login in I get the message SSL exception on the login page.
I went to the disable SSL certificate under xTimeComposer options and hit apply ok, but I am still get the error message and it won't let me in?
Any ideas?
