I've download the firmware to the flash, also have the same problem, and even if we don't use any print in flash test, also have the same problem, if without flash test code, we can use run function with JTAG(needn't xscopy) normally, so I guess it's probably not a print issue, maybe because of flash earse and write took too much time, then ,the response to usb audio is not timely.

the problem has sloved. add on tile[0]: before the struct fl_QSPIPorts.
