How to design and upload firmware for custom designed of xmo

We have designed our own USB slice kit form the standard xmos USB slice kit with some modification as per our requirement in our application. We have not any idea to design the firmware for our custom board.How to design the firmware? Xmos will help to design the firmware? any body from the xcore blog can help to design firmware for our custom USB slice kit?
