xflash --write-all not working...

hi all,

using xtimecomposer Version: Community_13.1.0 (build 12073, May-09-2014) .

for some reason, the --write-all and --erase-all commands aren't working.  Anyone run into this?

a normal flash works, and --read-all seems to work (at least, generates a 512KB file...).

here are the commands:

xflash --target-file src/core/xp_skc_su1.xn --write-all eeprom.bin --verbose

(that's not working)

bin file created by:

xflash --verbose bin/2ioxs/app_usb_aud_skc_su1_2ioxs.xe -o eeprom.bin

which seems to work.  

this flash command works:

xflash --verbose bin/2ioxs/app_usb_aud_skc_su1_2ioxs.xe

as does this one:

xflash -l
