problem with DAC based on XMOs XS1-U8

I have a DAC based on XMOs XS1-U8.
I installed the drivers - http://prntscr.com/hz085s,
http://prntscr.com/hz09vu.
But I'm constantly having problems.
At one point the device is determine (http://prntscr.com/hz09p3) and I can listen to audio through it
But in another moment is no longer defined.(http://prntscr.com/hz0a6u).
When I stick the DAC, a message appears on the computer screen that USB is not recognized.
It is necessary to stick several times, to stick in USB that it again has decided in system and has begun to work.
Tell me how I can solve this problem.
I have a Windows 10 x64.
