Dears,
after some minor trouble work wise I am back and looked forward for the new Development Enviroment.
Unfortunately I can't get it running.
Each time I try to enter the registration code I get a fault message that it can't connect to www.xmos.com.
Did anybody have a similar Problem?
What do I do wrong?

Apologies Frank this was an issue when we were dealing with the website issues towards the end of last week. It should now be fixed if you can try running the tools again.

Same problem here, fresh Win7x64 installation:
Unable to connect to https://www.xmos.com
Cannot validate the given registration key
Installation of the 11.11.1 dev environment works as expected, no faults found.
(Not sure why the dev tools registration needs to be so draconian, to be honest; it's just an Eclipse variant....)
