How to use UDP or TCP / IP in XC-2 kit?

hello from india....

 

i have xc - 2 ethernet kit with me. I have purchased it 2 years back.

But now have started to explore it.

Can anyone please suggest me how can i use UDP example given in sc_xtcp.

I am not getting that which files i should download in my project and which modifications to use it with my XC 2 Ethernet kit.

I am kind a newbe to TCP/IP and UDP.

On XC-2 development board G series device is availabe and xtcp component is designed and tested using L devices. There might be issues if you try using the same component with the G devices. XMOS recommends using L series devices for any newer designs as the L devices are faster and energy effecient compared to G devices.

but i have only xc - 2 board currently with me and i have to work with it so please tell me if there is anything that i can manage with this board.
