XC 'client' keyword?

XC 'client' keyword?

I'm going through some XMOS code. There is a function called 'client', but the complier warms 'client' is now a keyword but I can't find any reference to this.

client (and server) are keywords used for the interfaces functionality introduced in the new version of XC.

The XC Programming Guide - Parallel Tasks and Communication describes usage of interfaces.
