Just checking you are cleaning before the build? I have found that is the first thing to try when something unexpected happens. I also don't know if there should be two back slashes following .\.build_XCORE_TALKER_ADCHIGHEND\_l_ethernet\src but perhaps that's not a problem. You might want to check the module_build_info for lib_ethernet just to make sure.
You're probably not running into a Windows command line limit but shortening the name of the build configuration might be helpful just in case. Good luck.
