I'm new here, just started up, haven't read the whole forum yet. ;-)
I already posted some info on the project I'm working on, but its very draft right now, as I have no idea what a single XMOS chip can do for me.
In any event, I plan on reading more soon, and also taking a look at the IDE for some ideas.
:ugeek:

Hi williamk,
Welcome! Hopefully you find some of the examples interesting, and useful for your own work. Make sure to take a look at the projects, especially some of the project of the month winners. It can be very helpful to see what proportion of the processor resources each is using.
Also note that the XMOS website itself has lots of good examples and a great deal of useful documentation on the hardware and XC/C/assembler programming. Finally, it might be worth looking at the xmoslinkers site. It's read-only since XCore.com became fully operational, but there are still some discussion topics on there that haven't been repeated here.
Cheers,
Brendan

Learning how to make a prototype. I did try it a few years ago, so I have to re-start from scratch. The idea I posted on my project-draft. But soon I will have more info on what I want and some sketches too. :ugeek:

Welcome William! Just in case you are wondering where your project post went - it is now under "project proposals" section of the forum.
