standalone startkit

Is it possible to flash the starkit in such a way, that the startkit is starting your program when it get power.when i flash a program, and disconnects the usb cable the startkit is not responding anymore (the starkit gets its power by applying 5V to the 5v header on the starterkit)

Works fine here with 5V supply on J6.I'm not sure whether things still keep running when your application depends on the debugger (i.e. print statements, xSCOPE)
