debug config with "Attach to running process" checked on

Hi, after flashing of the code I tried to connect to device. I made a new debug config, by checking the "Attach to running process" checkbox on in the "Debugger" tab. It looks working fine for the first sight. It stops, and displays the actual state well. But after resume the operation, it freeze the xdbg and/or the ocd wrapper. So I cant stop, relaunch anymore. Even if I restart the IDE theres no connection available to device. xrun said, device is used in another process. (disconnecting the usb from xtag2 could help, but in this case we gets a reset on the device)
Is it a driver poblem? Is it a workaround?
