XScope Issues on OSX?

UPDATE: Installed version 13 on Ubuntu, and did the fix found here: http://www.xmos.com/support/faqs?category=xTIMEcomposer.

Xscope works beautifully and has been very helpful in debugging, thanks Matt for pointing me towards version 13.
