does anyone have a favorite high speed adc they like to use? i'm looking for something over 20Msps, 3.3v compatible logic, lowest external part count, biggest package (shakey hands). i just cannot get these adc08100's working yet. they look perfect for the job! but i guess im just missing something important from the datasheet.
So I found a paralax tutorial using an adc08100, and now I'm even more confused. They have the reference voltage set at 3.3 and 0 volts. My understandkng was that there could be no more than a 1.6v difference between the two pins. Arghhh. Anyway, I'm making some more pcbs today. Hopefully ill have part of the analog front end today
