How to use clocked ports?

How to use clocked ports?

I am driving a 320x240 display that has a SSD2119 controller. And i manged to bit bang it up to 8Mhz, so then i wanted to use a clocked port to get it up to the max 13Mhz but i found that once i set a pin to be used in clocking, i cant seam to use it as a normal port anymore. So any suggestions on how to turn clocking back off?

Clocking is configured per application - your query seems to suggest it has got stuck?

Or are you trying to turn it on and off within the application - I'm not quite sure what your problem is here. :?

Yeah im trying to turn off clocking later so i can use it as a normal port.

Well i was now plying with bitbanging and managed to get 10MHz while having the display happy with the timings. So i guess i'm dumping the clocking idea for this. Would still like to know about clocking tho.
