SSL error message on xTC even when disabled

All,
Weird second time I posted this the first one is MIA.
I am on the road and loaded up xTC on my MacBook and my projects to work on. When I go to login on xTC I get an SSL exception error. So I disabled it in the xTimeComposer options as suggested by the sign in page.
But I am still getting the SSL error and will not let me proceed.
Any ideas?
