change beamforming source

Hello,
someone on this forum has already posted similar question (http://www.xcore.com/viewtopic.php?f=3& ... ing#p32878), but apparently he's ahead of me, because I don't even know which parameters he's talking about (parameters from xTimeComposer)?

To my knowledge, the beamforming is done based on voice amplitude. For my application, loudness is not important, but the angle of voice is. Is there a simple way (like changing few parameters) to fix beamforming to specific angle in my VocalFusion Stereo Dev Kit for Amazon AVS?

I have received an update from XMOS support ticket. The instructions on how to change different parameters of a device is available at Control User Guide of Linear Array (https://www.xmos.com/support/boards?pro ... nent=36878).

Since the guide is aimed towards XVF3100 and I am using XVF3500, I would appreciate if somebody can confirm that the guide is relevant for my device as well (VocalFusion Stereo Dev Kit for Amazon AVS connected to raspberry pi 3).

Thanks!
