DEBUG_N pin on XE216-512-TQ128

Supposedly, the DEBUG_N pin is to be connected to pin 11 of the xSYS header.
I haven't figured out which pin on the chip is DEBUG_N.
In the schematic for the new xCORE-200 explorerKit board and it shows pin 11 of xSYS header (J2) as not connected. This suggests that DEBUG_N is not required despite what Appendix H says.
Should DEBUG_N be connected to the xSYS header? If so, which pin on the TQ128 device are we talking about?
