XU208-256-TQ128-C10 datasheet?

Can't seem to find the datasheet for XU208-256-TQ128-C10, can someone at Xmos provide a link?

Hi Al. While waiting on XMOS to reply, consider to review the XE216-256-TQ128-C20 datasheet.

XE216 with (if you limit use to) 8 cores & disabled Ethernet = XU208. Aside from the current draw details (XU208 should be lower), the XE216 datasheet should serve you well to move forward with your design. That is what we have done in that allowing for the XE216 to be placed on our PCB in case of part shortages. From last review, both XE & XU series share the same pinout. In a pinch, you should be fine to apply the XE216 for your XU208 project and possibly allow for the use of a single SKU for your products.

Do investigate the very small delta in costs with your suppliers to source the XE series vs. XU. XMOS is being (relatively) aggressive on costs and we sourced the XE216-512-TQ128 for a lower resale than what we are noting for the referenced XU208-128-TQ128 device.

I realised after posting that the pinouts would be the same as the XE/XU TQFP128 (- RMII) as shown in the spreadsheet, it was the '208' that made me wonder if it was a single tile and thus it might be different! In this design iteration power consumption is critical so I will prob be going with the XU208-TQFP64 single tile which then connects to an Android or battery powered Linux device. However a later version of this may well benefit from Ethernet as an option as well as USB in higher power envelope applications, your advice to go the XE route could well be useful.
