Been now working with startKIT for a while and could really use more calculating power on my project.
So I basically need more tiles and good option would be slice kit connectivity or onboard dac.
XCORE-200 GP SLICEKIT or xCORE-200 eXplorerKIT, looks suitable for me.
Do i need external XTAG board for these and if i don't, does the debugger use onboard XCORE chip for debugging like start KIT (meaning of losing one tile).
Where to go from startKIT? (Choosing next devboard)

The referenced kits include an XTAG3 tool which is based on an XMOS processor for debugging. This tool attaches to the PCB via a keyed box IDC header. Schematics of the XTAG3 are available from the XMOS website. Respectively, you will not lose a tile on the target (main devkit board) CPU for the debugging task.
