We have released the underlying lib_xud(v4.0.0) and lib_xua(v5.2.0) with high-bandwidth support.
sw_usb_audio, I think, is feature complete for v9.2.0, but is probably stuck in the review/release cycle as it's not on the website yet.
So, hopefully, this or next week :)

There's no current plans for further development in this area at the moment. The work was spec'ed to be be slightly higher than the customer requirements at the time.
