Hello all,
I want to build a custom USB sound card using an audio codec (i.e. TLV320AIC33, WM8904, CS42L73) connecting to a MEMS microphone. Since I am new to XMOS, I wonder whether it is possible to use the XS1-L1 device for this purpose and if the on-board CS4270 can be replaced that easily.
BR,
Luke

Hi Luke,
Thank you very much for your enquiry.
This is very much the kind of thing that you can do with our processors.
I would suggest that the best starting point for you would be the USB sliceKIT (https://www.xmos.com/products/xkits/slicekit) you could then design your own slice containing the devices that you wish to connect to.
You can purchase all of our products from (https://www.xmos.com/buy). You will notice that the USB sliceKIT is not currently available from our distributors and this is because they are currently receiving stock and they should be available within the next week or so.
Best regards,
John
