Where can I buy an XA-SK-FLASH slicecard

Hi,

  I've found several references to an  XA-SK-FLASH slice card that allows an SD Flash card to be acessed via an SPI or 4 bit interface (for example https://github.com/shanthinick/sc_sdcard ).  However I've not been able find where I can purchase one or schematics for one.

 Is this a supported slice card and if so where can I purchase one or something similar?
