Hi,
If the RIOT has an ARM port (M3), then you can use the OS directly on M3 core (without a need of porting it) of the xCORE-XA chip.
You can use the stack on M3, and transfer the data to/from the xCORE logical cores using the EBI library as detailed in the application note (AN00144).
