I built several USB audio interfaces with the XHRA-2HPA some years ago which are part of some DAC and until now, have worked without any problems on various Apple and PC's under different operating systems.
One of them is used by a friend in his small recording studio. Two weeks ago, he bought a brand new Apple with MacOs Sequoia 15.4.1.
When he connected the interface, the computer recognized it without any problems, but the audio playback shows gliches and shattering during playback.
Strangely, no conflict is indicated anywhere and the automatic switching of the sampling frequency works fine. Changing the buffer size has no effect.
I have not found anything on the internet about this problem, but I think that many, even newer Xmos systems (XU208 and others) could be affected.
Has anyone had this experience, has any idea what the cause might be or how to solve the problem?
Are the corresponding drivers no longer integrated or have they been modified?
Any help is very appreciated.

We've experienced no issue with Sequoia with the current designs.
A USB trace may shed some light on this issue, however, that design went EOL quite some time ago so it's unlikely a fix can be provided even if root caused i'm afraid.

Then it may be due to the XHRA-2A, although there are probably still quite a few of them in operation and I haven't found anything on the net about this problem yet.
But good to hear that no issues have arisen with Sequoia and the current XMOS-designs.
I will make a substitute with the new design and test it out.
Many thanks for your reply!
