I tried connecting M(MODE[2] and MODE[3]) with G(GND=Low) on startKIT TP1, but SPI Flash boot is executed.
How can I invalidate SPI Flash boot?
SPI Flash boot invalidation on startKIT Topic is solved

The startKIT has an image burned in the OTP to change the standard behavior. This allows it to boot from non-standard flash pins. The OTP program also automatically determines whether to boot from SPI/JTAG.

Thank you for your answer.
I gaved /CS=High on SPI Flash pin directly and it can be invalidated.
(Manufactured program from OTP booted.)
