PTP Sync Lock Locked and Lost again

Hello,

I am working with the XMOS AVB_LC_BRD. I have desined a talker listener with the reference application. I have configured my talker and listener. I can play the audio on talker and hear it on listener.

But I have a problem, once i found the stream from the talker my listener ptp sync gets locked. after some time I get ptp sync lost lock and then again gets locked.

Media output 12 locked: -74 samples shorter, 0
PTP sync locked
Media output 11 locked: -74 samples shorter, 0
Media output 4 lost lock, -74
Media output 5 lost lock, -74
Media output 6 lost lock, -74
Media output 0 lost lock, -74
Media output 2 lost lock, -73
Media output 3 lost lock, -73
Media output 1 lost lock, -73
Media output 10 locked: -74 samples shorter, 0
Media output 4 locked: -74 samples shorter, 0
Media output 5 locked: -74 samples shorter, 0
Media output 6 locked: -73 samples shorter, 0

Can anyone suggest me what might be the problem.

Hi,

It looks like you've modified the application to sink more than 8 channels. Is this correct?

Does the device stay locked if you reduce the number of channels to 8?
