What is the difference between XS1-L16A and XS1-L02A?

What is the difference between XS1-L16A and XS1-L02A?
What is the difference between the XS1-L16A-128-QF124 and the XS1-L02A-QF124? I've seen separate data sheets for both and the pinout seems identical. Is one favored over the other for new designs?thanks,

Both the devices are identical. According to new part naming scheme the device XS1-L02 is marked as XS1-L16 now. Have a look at the following product change document for more details:https://www.xmos.com/download/public/XS ... ber-change...
