Comments are welcome!!
I will listen to feedback and suggestions for 2 weeks. If none are coming or the design seems to be OK, I will go into production for a few boards for verification. I they are OK, we could go for a pooled production for those interested.

Great informative post! You should make a project for it too with a link in the description to this forum thread (may help you sell a few too as google loves our projects section if you use nice keywords in your text for the title/description etc)
Very nice ;) Very industrial design. I think you should have no problem finding buyers and or those interested in a group run. I think I want one, looks like Xbase shall be an excellent platform for a ton of options. Xbase for the G series would also be of great interest. Will be paying attention to this and hope to provide good feedback. Anyway the XBASE ideal is very cool...
Did you look carefully at your power dissipation on your voltage regulators? The switchers are hardly more expensive. I am using the ON-semi form the xmso reference design, and I noticed that the newest xmos reference design for the L2 uses a 1.6A fairchild switcher. Also did you get the power sequencing errata? 3.3V up and stable before ramping the 1.0.

I will review this point carrefully.
I will probably move to a switcher if I have to feed the 1V regulator from the 3.3V as the 1V can have an intake of 300mA.
