Accessing the Ring Oscillators from xC

Has anyone managed to use the Ring Oscillator registers from xC source? They are mentioned in the datasheet, but seemingly nowhere else.

Hi. See the attached AN01007 for detailed examples using getps to access these RO (read only) registers.
