It is not in the USB library installed with the latest Community_14.0.4 xTIMEComposer and I can't find it on your website.

I don't think there is an application note for Audio Class.
Can you please let me know where did you find its reference?

I stay on the same problem.
The An00128 Usb audio device class ist listet as application note on USB_Library Usergide on the first sheet.

anyone has a backup from this or an other good simply surce code about usb audio?

At some point there was some intention to write a simple version of USB audio in an App Note form. To date this has not happened. You should use the USB audio reference software and associated documentation (USB Audio Design Guide).
