as i dont find it in the repo, here it is in raw format.

Cut paste the following to create usb3318.lib , associate the standard qfn24 package , and load qfn24 3d from

http://www.kicadlib.org/Fichiers/Ludek_libraries.html.

Still need some checking on physical dimension.
