Assuming DoP that's an effective PCM rate of 700kHz.. I've never had things running that fast I'm afraid.

Maybe sending the stereo data over multiple channels would help - this is listed in the DoP spec but i'm not sure if any players implement it.

i make some tests with dma between dsp and audio and speed of this is ok, but i dont see how get two samples from decouple. I base dsp on opensource http://www.xcore.com/projects/open-sour ... d-over-pcm .

I test this based for foobar plugin , that have 256,512... You have right this speed is hhhigh.
