We have exactly the same issue, xmos support did not help us - its a pretty major and costly issue.
Does anyone have updates on this issue and solution for them?
The idea of script sounds good maybe you could post it?
Older xburn makes sense and seems to help us but still early days (one unit failed but we did not have--jtag-speed under 500kHz)..
xburn with version 14.3.3 does is only work with --jtag-speed under 500kHz, or was that tried and assumed to help?
