Best DEV-KIT for digital audio transmission to PC/MAC on USB

I' m new of XMOS devices. I need to design an Audio board made by an analog input stage-ADC-USB output to PC/MAC. This application need to transfer PCM/DSD stream to PC/MAC. What is the best development kit for this application? Thanks.
