Does any of your config try to access an external I2C device? It could be hung up trying to access a device on bad address or similar.

The QSPI is programmed by our local host micro. We do an erase/write/read/verify to make sure the memory is programmed properly. We also have 22R resistors located close to the QSPI memory going to the host micro. Scoping the various signals looks like we have good levels/good margins.
Hi Louis,

Would you be able to share the PCB layout showing the traces from the XHRA device to the QSPI and host micro? It looks like you have

Code: Select all

  XHRA ------------------+--^v^v^v--------------- host micro
                         | 22R
                         |
                        QSPI
Is that right? How long are those traces?

We have had issues in the lab that were caused by reflections on the clock.
