app_simple_avb_demo without I2S

im willin to implement the reference design of AVB without the I2S part for hardware reasons.
Is there a way i can take out the i2s part of the AVB audio and enable a direct communication from port to fifo to xc Channel?

Are you trying to send the audio data to another Xcore through channels instead of sending it out through i2s?
