Salvage boards?

Post by yes2i2s »

Hi XMOS community

I've just had 10 PCBs fabricated for a new design, time is of the essence and I've just discovered the PL611-01-N12MC is nearly impossible to get.

Does anyone have any dud boards that I can salvage these chip(s) from?

Thanks very much!

Tom

https://www.arrow.com/en/products/pl611 ... aQodci4CVw

3 units in stock at this time of writing. Let us know if you have any issues in buying through Arrow else can see about sourcing these parts (while available) on your behalf.

Yeah I've seen them but they want $50 postage which is a little crazy. There are a few of us on the case they're like hens teeth!

I'll change the design later but I've got these 10 four layer boards fabricated that I don't want to waste :)

$50 for shipping !! OMG. Where are you ? Send me a private email and can see if we can help. We deal with Arrow all the time but do know there is a min fee for shipping to us here in Canada. Are you in North America ?

We have a bunch of XA-SK-AUDIO slices in the WEE bin, you'd have to come and collect them though I suppose...
