Hi there,
Thanks for the hint.
Now I get something different with the v.11.11.1:
I did the same steps before and now it said 'no available devices'. I tried several times, each time I disconnected all and connected again.
On the 'device manager' of Windows xTAG3 appears there.
This time, the leds of xTAG3 doesn't blink. I connect the usb cable, they light up and stay in the same state.
With the v.14 they blink when I press Enter in Command Prompt.
Thanks for the hint.
Now I get something different with the v.11.11.1:
Code: Select all
C:\Xmos>update usbtracker-608.xe
C:\Xmos>cmd /c xrun --io readserial.xe 2>serial.txt
xrun: No available devices
C:\Xmos>type serial.txt
C:\Xmos>xflash --boot-partition-size 0x40000 --data serial.txt --factory usbtracker-608.xe
xrun: No available devices

Hi,
My guess would be, as the tools 11.x versions are relatively older, there is a possibility for XTAG3 device compatibility with this!?
From the below doc link, XTAG3 requires version 13.1.0 or higher of the XMOS tools:
http://media.digikey.com/pdf/PCNs/XMOS/PCN-006048.pdf
Can you pls try with XTAG2?
Cheers.

Hi srinie,
Thanks for that.
I didn't remember to look that.
I don't have xTAG2, and I don't know if they sell that model anymore.
I will try to ask the manufacturer to upgrade the firmware to a newer version.
When I have the problem solve I let you know.
thanks for all

Finally I go it.
The manufacturer gave us the xTAG2. We tried with the v11.x and it works.
Thank you all for the help.

Hello, I'm doing 8-channel audio acquisition. The development environment is xtime composer 14.3.2, and the debugger is xtag-3. But the flash memory of Driver 8 USB audio 2.0.xe failed.
