Problem with stereo driver request

Dear Sirs,

I have a problem with sending stereo request form to email support(@)xmos.com.

I have received this reply: 

Ticket creation failed: XMOS Stereo Driver Request Form: Ticket could not be created due to an internal errorCould you please tell me what shall I do now?

If you send email to support(at)xmos.com directly, the ticket creation will fails as the RT server rejects the emails which are received directly. If you need to create a ticket, you need to login to xmos website and click on MyXMOS(top right corner of the page) and click on Support Tickets tab and click on Submit a general enquiry or ask a question about XMOS products link to create a ticket.
