I have received this reply:
Ticket creation failed: XMOS Stereo Driver Request Form: Ticket could not be created due to an internal errorCould you please tell me what shall I do now?

If you send email to support(at)xmos.com directly, the ticket creation will fails as the RT server rejects the emails which are received directly.
