I have strange problem programming flash memory (see http://www.xcore.com/questions/2506/fla ... ng-problem). I'm interested where to buy proven programmable flash memory. I mean memory that one has managed to program via xflash, is not obsolete or otherwise unavailable (out-of-stock).
Where and with which order code (from farnell, mouser, digikey, etc.) is it possible to order well behaving flash memory for XMOS?
